Type of governing document The Parent Council is governed by its constitution. The association has
been a registered charity since 27" April 2014

Objectives and activities

Summaryofthemain activities in relationtotheseobjects	The ParentCouncil mainly holdsfundraising events. These include discos forpupils, Christmas card project, onlineshopwith Christmas goodsand
	personalised mugs,jigsaws etc. We alsoorganiseand run a uniform
	exchange where parents/carers can donate and take, freeofcharge,
	uniformswhich may benefittheir children.We also have an Easy
	Fundraisingpage.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial poriod

The money raised by the parent council throughout the year, along with grant income received allowed them to support the school in many ways.

Main achievements this year include:

• Running the kitchen and Santa’s Grotto at the school Christmas fayre

• ¢ Goody bags for “Festive Friday” day in school e Easter eggs for ail pupils e Purchase of benches and bins for school playground e Paying for school buses to allow the pupils to have end of year school trips

• e Purchase of bears for new Pis e Purchase of P7 leavers hoodies e P7 leavers gifts (high school tie, pen, photo and autograph book) ¢ Providing al! pupils and staff with an ice cream on the Jast day of schoo!
