**What the charity does:** We exist to promote and develop brass band music within our community. We aim to make music accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds by providing free or low-cost tuition, rehearsals, and performance opportunities. We teach individuals how to play brass instruments, helping them develop their musical skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our members perform at concerts, community events, and charitable functions, bringing live music to local audiences and enhancing cultural life in the area. We also take part in contests, which encourage high musical standards and offer goals for our members to work towards. In addition, we run workshops.
