SCDA Festival a loss as usual but reprise at Town Hall, with increased pricing to £15 per ticket, clawed it back. Overall loss £242.10 Fundraising - £2,062.72 - missing Charity shop. Buildings Insurance £2,426.45 + agents fee £90 Lloyd & Whyte (contents) £269.96 + agents fee £40 Graham Environmentals - £290.40 Walker Fire Service and replacements - £743.84 G. Smith annual boiler service - £80 New ramp - £89.13 New mics - £250 only £125 as shared cost with Curtains Up. Water and Buildings rates still zero for the moment. Electricity up to £709.79 after receiving a refund of £421.85 Gas down to £4,014.76 (still a high cost for us) Harry Irvine donated £1,666 for foyer decorating. We must progress this. Request made that all Festival expenses go through committee if they are to be claimed from the Club; also claim for expenses during the same financial year as the production. A few more meetings might help with this. There are new O.S.C.R. regulations for committee members/trustees where a lot more information is required; also names will be shown on the OSCR website. Propose Steve Blackett as External Scrutineer again. |
