Objectives: (1) To advance education of the general public and stakeholders whose actions may impact negatively on the lives of people at disadvantage, because they are disadvantaged or vulnerable through disability, illness or life circumstances. who are unable to represent themselves and/or do not have anyone to speak on their behalf. Hereafter described as vulnerable people. (2) To provide support and independent advocacy for those people who are in danger of exclusion and/or poverty as a result of their disadvantage to enable them in making decisions that have a positive impact on their lives some of which may be in response to the actions of others mentioned in (1) above.
