**Objectives:** The object of the Trust shalI be to advance the education of the public in the musical arts by the performance of music promoted by the Biggar Music Club. In fbrtherance of this object but not otherwise, the Trust shall seek to establish a capital fund to be held on trust for the charitable purposes of the Biggas Music Club.
