**What the charity does:** Clued Up’s Fife-wide Outreach Service aims to engage and work with those aged 12 – 26 years, who are affected by their own or someone else’s substance use, also targeting the wider issues of general well-being and lifestyle. We also support young people affected by substance use to find their own path into education, training and progression up the employability pathway. We do this by - Providing education, prevention, early intervention and diversion for young people affected by their own or someone else’s drug/alcohol/substance misuse. Delivering appropriate awareness training and workshops. Providing one-to-one support, group work and diversionary activities. Providing drop-in services and outreach work in the community

**Objectives:** 4.1 to advance the well-being of young people, under the age of twenty-five, in the Fife area by providing a comprehensive, youth friendly, drug/alcohol support and information service. 4.2 To advance the health of young people by encouraging them to make positive lifestyle choices to improve their conditions of life and assist them to prosper into responsible and active members of their own communities and society as a whole.
