Recrultment and appolntment of Trustees
Church Trustees are appointed for a 3 year term by the members at the Annual General
Meeting whlch Is held In February each year.

The church is now a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation and the purposes and
admlnlstration arrangement are set out in the constitution.

Trustees renumeratlon and expenses
The trustees did not recelve any renumeration or expenses durlng the year.
Reserves
The church held unrestrlcted funds of £25,400 in a Current Account and £10,772 In a Hlgher
Rate Reserve Account at the year end. During the year a Manse was purchased which was
part-funded from the reserve fund.
