**What the charity does:** Simply put, we exist to help men with their health. Not Women. Not children. We, of course, support men in their lives, but we do not help them directly. We help just men, those transitioning to being a man and those with male sexual organs. That is all. We help only men, and we are not apologising for it when there are countless women’s and children’s charities out there who support the other part of the team.

**Objectives:** The Trustees hold the Trust Fund for such purposes as are recognised as exclusive charitable in law and to the extent that the same is charitable the Trust Fund shall applied to advance the education of the public Scotland male health issues by promoting and maintaining research treatments and cures and, without prejuhce to the foregoing generality
