**What the charity does:** The Boys' Brigade was set up to give boys of ages 5 to 18 training based on its Object. (see 1c) The Company, now in 96th year,  follows the Object with dedicated staff who give boys a programme of activities leading to awards and involvement in community service.

**Objectives:** The Object of the Brigade shall be the advancement of Christ's Kingdom among Boys, and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect, and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness
