**What the charity does:** We work with local communities to encourage more healthy life style choices.  We do this by delivering a variety of resources to groups and individuals who are impacted by a long term health condition.  We do this through our team of volunteers across a range of premises in Forth Valley.

**Objectives:** The Objects of the Association shall be to provide a framework of active support and encouragement for adults and their families with any long term condition and those at risk of developing a long term condition and, to promote their current and future wellbeing.
