Objectives: To benefit the inhabitants of the City of Dundee and the county of Angus (being the persons for whom the aftermentioned training and facilities are primarily but not wholly intended) by providing, or assisting in the provision of training and facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in- the interest of social welfare and in an effort to improve their conditions of life.
