**What the charity does:** Carers Link supports adult and young carers in East Dunbartonshire.  We provide support services to those providing care for family and friends and support them to get a break from caring too.  Access to breaks may be through a grant or attending a peer support group or participating in social outings or young carer holiday activities.  Support services include advocacy, SDS guidance, information and emotional support or counselling.
