simple ceremony comprising a speech, a pipe band, a choir performance
and the laying of the wreath.

The deficit for the year stands at £1105 and at the year end the
Association had unrestricted funds of £6614. The Trustees consider
these funds sufficient as to allow the Association to operate to a similar
scale in the forthcoming year.
The deficit was chiefly related to the delay in the process for requesting
donations from members of the association
The Council decided to make donations to The Scottish Flag Trust.
