The chartys trus￿ are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts In accordan￿ with the terrns
of the Charities and Trustee Invesbnert (Scodand) 2005 Act and the Charftles Paounts (Scotland)
Regulations 2006 {as amended). The tharltys trustees consider that the audlt r￿ul￿rnent
Regulatlon 10(IXa) to (c) ofthe Accounts Regulations not appSy. It is my responsbi Illty to examlne
the accounts as reqUIr￿ under section 44(1)(c) of the Art to stste whether partlcular matters have
come to my attentEon.
Bass of Independent examIn￿$ statement
My examinatlon Is carrted out In accordan￿ wlth Regulath)n 11 of the Charltles Accounts {￿OtEand)
Regulations 2006 (as amenda). An examlnation indudes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charty and a C￿MparISOn of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also indudes
constderatlon of any unusual Items or disdosures in the accounts, and seeks explanatrons from the
trustees COn￿MIng any suth matters. The procedure5 undertaken do not provide all eviden￿ that
wwkl be requlred In an audlt, and, cortseqL￿n￿y, I do not express an audit opinion on the &ctyJnts.
