Governin Document The Association is a charitable unincorporated Association. and the purposes and administration arrangements are set out in our constitution document. Charitable Pur oses Our purposes are as described in our constiiution. They are mainly to make the public aware of the culture, environment and herttage of the town of Coldstream by raising awareness of the town. Activities During the year we cary out summer and winter planting of plants throughout the town, involving children from the lor21 primary school. We cary out routine watering and care of the plants. At Christmas we put up Christmas lights and trees along the High Street and Market Square. Every three months we undertake the compilation and printing of a community newspaper which is distributed to all households in Coldstream and is available in local shops for people outside the town. We raise funds for these activtties by holding coffee mornings, placing collecting tins in shops along the High Street. stalls at the local Charity Fair, applying for appropriate grants and from donations. Trustees Remuneration and Ex enses The trustees did not re￿1ve any remuneration or expenses during the year. Reserves Any reseNes will be used to improve the floral displays with the purchase of new planters as necessary plus the purchase of new or repla￿ment Christrnas lights as needed, and equipment and updating So￿are required for publishing Coldstream Community News Approved by the Trustees and signed on their beha￿.
