The charity was set up to provide education on the situation in Gaza and the Occupied Territories, by holding occasional public meetings where information is disseminated by various speakers, both online and in person. A subsidiary trading company, Hadeel UK, was also set up. This company buys and sells products through its retail shop from Palestinian producers

Objectives: The relief of poverty in Palestine, primarily the West Bank and Gaza, and in furtherance thereof, but not otherwise shall seek to: (a) promote co-operation with individuals and groups in the UK in organising events of all kinds to heighten local awareness of Palestinian issues. and (b) provide in the UK educational materials and goods from Palestinian producer groups, particularly those catering for people with special needs either physical or mental, and whose activities benefit the whole community.
