The Association has continued to support former members of the King's Own Scottish Borderers and their families and dependants in accordance with its aims and objectives. Applications from K.O.S.B. veterans and their families for welfare assistance and benevolence grants are processed and almonised by RHQ Scots, with financial assistance funded by the Association. The Association also organises and maintains the annual Minden Day Parade through Berwick-upon-Tweed each year.

Objectives: 3.2. Objects. Subject to Article 3.1, the Company’s objects are: (a) to relieve suffering, hardship and distress and promote the relief of need among (1) Beneficiaries and (2) the wives, widows, husbands, widowers, children and dependents of Beneficiaries by: (i) making grants of money, loans, guarantees and generally by any other financial methods. and (ii) generally by aiding, assisting and promoting the benefit of all such persons and of the Regiment in any manner which is charitable. (b) to hold, maintain, preserve, and supervise the use of Regimental Property.
