We are an environmental charity working to divert reusable items away from the waste stream and back into the community for reuse. We are colocated at the council HWRC to facilitate the diversion of items back into reuse. We also provide a collection service for larger items.

Beneficiaries: 'Children or young people','People with disabilities or health problems','No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

Objectives: a) educating the public in the benefits to the environment of sustainable waste management practices, b) carrying out research and development into sustainable waste management practices and disseminating the useful results of that research, c) developing activities and education around the health and environmental benefits of locally produced and distributed organic food, d) relieving poverty by the provision of recycled, reclaimed or refurbished items at heavily subsidised rates, e) providing training in a range of activities, including, but not limited to, the composting process, manufacture of goods from reclaimed materials and interpersonal skills, f) inviting local individuals and organisations to participate in caring for the environment and g) creating job opportunities for those with employability issues.
