ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
During the year the Group has undertaken ils usual weekly Scouting aclivilies. All activities are In
accordan¢e with the purpose of the Group.
RESERVES POLICY
The Iruslee5 believe that èround three months of annual expendilure is an approprfale le￿1 of
rlserves in order lo cover the timing of dlfferences between r8ceipls and payments and to allow for
any unexpected Items ol expenditure. The level of unrestricted general reserves as at 31 August 2Q25
was £22,45112024- È20.8871 whlch is considered to be sufficient by the Iruslees.

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
My exèminètion is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations. An
examination includes a rewew of Ihe accounting rttords kept by the Group and a comparison of the
accounts presented with Ihose records. It also includes consideration of any unusual ilems or
disclosures in th• accounts, and seeks explanations trom the trustees conc•rnlng any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all ovidence that would be requlred In an audit. and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view glven by the acctyJnts.

The Group owns a Scout Hut (concrete panelled garage style) which is situated, renl free, within the
grounds of Burnside Church. The hut is used for the slorège of camping. scouting and sport5
equipment purchased by the Group over a number of years.
LIABILITIES
The Group has a liability ol fJ51 as al 31 August 2025 12024 - E3511. Th15 15 in relation to the
repayment of deposits for the Group's cancelled Kandersteg camp. Most deposits were repaid from
the restricled funds in the linancial year ending 31 August 2022 where participants provided return
payment detèli&
