Objectives: The aim of the Association $hall be to further the charitable objects of the Scout and Girl Guide movement and to support the provision of accommodation for both uniformed and non-uniformed youth organisations in Town and Kirk Yetholm and the surrounding area, and in furtherance thereof the Association shall seek to ensure: 1 The upkeep of the fabric of the Hall and its insurance. 2 The allocation of the use of the Hall. 3 The management and administration of the financial affairs relating to the above.
