Services are also held at 9.30arn in Rothiemay Chuwh on the last Sunday of the month, and at 9.30am in Mulben Hall (Boharni) on the first Sunday of the month. There are also regul￿ services at the local hospital. Turner Memorial. ihe car¢ homes of Glenisla ResideDtial Home. Weston View and at Taylor Court sheli¢red housing complex. Ecumenical Holy Week serv?ccs and World Day of Prayer service5 are shared with neighFM)uring churches. This year we shared in a service held ai Keith North for the Prayers for Christian Unity. Six Sundays in the summer are shared jointly with Si Rufus, Botriphtiie and Grange congregation, three in Keith North and thre¢ ID Si Rufus. We also occasionally have joint services. A core Bible s￿dY group hk% met re8ularly throughout the year beginning with Parables of J¢5us, w¢ b¢gan the Church of Scotlaod resource Unpacking the Bible, we consid¢r¢d sorne of the won)en of the Bible. and the P3aluts. This group bas continued to k faithful. welcoming a few new ttrsons this year. Funeral ministry has been a meaningful ouir¢ach with 12 funerals conducted for the communily. The bereavement support group mei a few times throughout the year in 2025 at the manse. We had 3 baptisms in 2025 and a wedding (not held in ihe church as there is no floor). The session decided to hold the retre* in the chwch this year in hopes tbat a few more tolk rnight engage with it with the theme Who is CbTiSt for Us Today? We ¢onsider¢d L¢ctio Divina and Celtic Daily prdyer as well a5 tim¢ to pray individu8Jly. In June we were approached by th¢ Scortish Episcopal Church io hold a joint fundraiser- ¢eilidh. li was great fun and we anti¢ipate doing this again. Wc had a successful summer club in 2025. building on our efforts in 2024 wirh a few re￿1 enD)lees. This y¢or we those to hold a follow-up day in Oclober, although we opened it up lo all folk and not just the ODes who participaied in the club. We inieracred with the community again at the Keith Show this year. building on our theme from Holiday Club, LK>ve one Another. Many volunteers between the two churches mak¢ this a valuable recognition of our part in the communily. School chaplaincy continues to be a fulfilling aspeci of ministry. Assemblies a￿ thared between the Minister and other local clergy with Keith Grammar Schwl, particularly at Christmas. Eastei and Remembrance and thc primary $chool in Keith is serviced by all local clergy. ti)0. This group benefits both th08e requiring a hot meal and those cnjoying friendship and Company. Other weekty gTOUPS that meet in the church regularly include. daThcitLg for primary children. a 50 Walking Group, Alcoholics Anonymous, two toddler groups and a photography club. The Coat HangcrProject. provides a space for free coats to be collected fi)r ihose who wannth. Another outreach to the community is our qiiarterly publication, S¢riix. Each magazine has a theme and there are regular CODtributors with special guests being invited for ea¢h cdition. The ¢hw¢h also n)ak¢s Its excellent fa¢iliti¢s available ￿ other groups for a wide range of communiiy ￿tiVitieS hosiing many Coffee mornings for diverse groups of people. Aehievements and PerfornwKe Wor5hlp Regular weekly worship numbers continue to remain steady. Yet 8gain. we are still awaitirtg a decision on buildings. meaning worship continue5 in the hall. Café church continues io be popular. and is held Friodically througbout the year. Keith North is havAng an avernge attendance of amund 30, Mulben 8 on average and at Rothiemay an averag¢ of 13. In addiiion, the Christingle at Rothiemay was very well supported, with more than 60 children and famili￿ filling the s8nctu3ry. The church encourages rnembers to participate in worship, sharing readin￿ door duty, flower delivery etc. and during the Y￿ mgny people contribute in this way. Mtsslon & Mlni8try Developmenl With the r¢stswwr¢ of the Church of Scodand as a whole. Keith North, Nevmiill, Boham) and Rothicmay Iw become part of the Northeast and Northern Jsles, as Moray Pre$b￿Cry ceased to exisi on 31 De¢emb¢r 2022. We formed aBasis of Pglish Grouping with St. Rufus. Botriphnie andGr2nge and a identificd a DcvelopJJ)CDt GTOUP comprised of 2 session members, the s¢ssion clerks and ministers. We are committed to having mission &8 part of our focus, regulatly taking up special collcction5 lo serve others both ID the community and around the world. Outreach ¢I￿)Ugh Thc5day Table is vitally important. &8 is continuing work with the pupils. The congregation's website is now active with a new site having been built, content has been added, and 15 regularly maintained. S(Kiai media (Facebook) is in operation to invi individuals 10 events and the intent is to make follL aware of our activiry and invit themtopartt¢ipate. ThcmiDisfrr bas the opportunity to broadcast over Keith Community Radio. The Kirk Shoploffice The Kirk Shop and office enhances its place as a daily Church-bAsed focus for the community. It is staffed mainly by volunte¢rs from th¢ ¢ommunity as wcll as the congrcgation and is managed by a part-time shop manager. It is effectively ttle town's Fair Trade ceDtr¢, Christian b(K)kshop. and the congregation's adMintstr￿lv¢ ¢¢ntr¢. The st￿k held in the shop 1$ varied ¥JNI is continually being renew¢d with Fair Trade food and PTodu¢¢b from a¢ros¥ the globe. This has helped to bring more awareness of Fair Trade io the ¢onunuDiiy. The Kiyk Shop ai80 serves as one of the local eollection points for the local foodbank. We hAve employed A secreiary post to impD)ve OUT communication throughout the parish. We also hired a treasurer that works out of the Kirk Shop about 10 hours a week.

Il is in thc forni of an endowment, with only the interest iwom¢- and not the capital- being available for use by the congr¢g8tion under the aegis of the Kirk Session. Its trustees are the Minister and Kirk Session. Financial Revie The principal scNllce of income is the weekly offuings and stsnding order8, (held with Bank of Swtland and Virgin Moneyl and have remained conslant over lh¢ lost f¢w years around £30,(M)O. Tax recovered on Gift Aid is claimed on a regular basis and amounted 10 £8(KKI. Income from use of Premises and bank de￿sIts have raised around £2,5￿. We are $upp(Ated thrnugho￿ the year by the Robert W Gatrow Trust and a recent generous bequest fTom Mary Mayer. The dividend income from the rrnst matches last year's figure of £87,003 and the MissAon and Minisry contril)uiion rose by 12% to £68,115. Dwing the prepa￿tiOn of the accounts it was not¢d that the Consolidated Fabric Furwj (Revenue) held on behalf of ihc congregation by the Church of Scodand Genual TNstees was reported in the accounts with a balance brought forward from the p￿VIouS yeaT of £89,685. As per Church of Scotland guidance. this type of fund requires to be recorded WiEhin the apFndix to the accounts and not within the overall balancc of funds hcld by the Congregation and on this basis a reallocation ]w been made to remove the balance.
