The three trustees have agreed to serve for the duration of the trust .The foundation seeks to continue its charitable activities through careful stewardship of the existing funds and periodic specific donations. All the decisions are made by the trustees as there are no other officers.

In exercising their discretion in terms of this Clause the Trustees shall give primary consideration to the wishes of those persons who gift or lend funds to the Foundation but this proviso shall impose no binding obligation on the Trustees.
