OUR CHARITY IS SET UP TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE THE AMENITY OF CAMMO LOCAL NATURE RESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC .WE DO THIS BY ACTIVELY ENGAGING WITH OUR 250+ MEMBERS THROUGH QUARTERLY MEETINGS, NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS. OUR TRUSTEES AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS WORK EXTENSIVELY TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN THE NATURE RESERVE.
Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
Objectives: (a) To preserve and enhance the amenity of Cammo Estate for the benefit of the public and. (b) To advance the education of the public in the scenic, historical, architectural, landscape and ecological qualities of the said Estate. In furtherance thereof but not otherwise the Friends shall: (i) Liaise with the land managers, for the time being the City of Edinburgh Council and. (ii) Seek to provide all relevant facilities.
