**What the charity does:** To look after the council owned track by way of funding from highland council, to look after and maintain lighthouse visitor centre, communicate with council re pier’s to hold meetings to discuss matters that may affect the community as a whole and liaise with grazing committee where appropriate. To acts as a body through which funding can be applied for for community benefit.

**Objectives:** (a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Scoraig and its environs without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved. (b) To establish or to secure the establishment of a Community Centre and to maintain and manage such a Centre for activities promoted by the association and its constituent bodies.
