## **Recruitment and appointment of Trustees** 

The Trustees are named in the Governing Document and may assume other person or persons to act as Trustees.  In addition, Glasgow Music Festival Association may appoint a Trustee. 

## **Charitable purpose** 

The purpose, as outlined in the Declaration of Trust, is to make awards to foster, encourage and facilitate performances, or to support the educational studies of individuals, in any of the performing arts.  The Declaration of Trust directs such support principally towards participants in, and the activities of, Glasgow Music Festival. 

## **Activities and achievements** 

The Trustees made a grant of £3,000 during the year. 

## **Trustee remuneration and expenses** 

The Trustees did not receive any remuneration or expenses during the year. 

## **Reserves** 

The reserves of the Trust at 31 August 2025 amounted to £91,507.
