**What the charity does:** Support brass band music at all levels - from grass roots to elite performers. Focus on the education and engagement of our membership through events including festivals, masterclasses and the National Youth Brass Band residential courses. We also provide representation for brass band music at every opportunity when consultations take place regarding funding and long term commitment to music from the government.

**Objectives:** The objects of the Association shall be to advance the education of the public in the art of brass band music by the promotion and encouragement of all efforts appertaining to brass bands and their music.
