They are transF)Orted to the ramble sile in hired vans by a cohort of volunteers. For rambles Ixfvth FrFe, an accessible minibus is used to transport members to ramble srtes. Achievements and perforniance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period Forth & Tay Disabled Ramblers organised 15 rambles in 2024 as well as 2 brunch meetings which were well attended and enjoyed by both volunteers and disabled memLers alike. Our ever-popular Christmas meal toc* place al Louie Bro￿,5 in Dalgety Bay together wrth a raffle. In April we held our AGM in Millbndge Hall in Kinross wher we provided a soup and saTrJwich lunch and raffle. We recwited 3 new trustees at thL% rrttts"ng. Rambles undertaken throughout the year induded Lochore Meadows Country Park. Cramond, Aberdour lo Dalgety bay, Strathmiglo to Pillars of Hercules near Falkland. Water of Leith, Lomond Hills Reservoirs, Camperdown park in Dundee. Craigloun County park near St Andrews. North Inch Perth towards Almondbank and The kelpies in Falkirk. A fijrther 3 ram￿e5 took place in and around Glenrothes. Most raMb￿S IC￿ place in fine weather and were very well attended by our membe￿. We have had a very Suc￿sful year fundraising. Several of our members took part in the Dundee Kilfvialk," a lovely sunny day from Br￿hty Fery easue lo Slessor Gardens raising £1,093.60. Following the death of a long standing member and Tnjstee. Esther Higgins, her daughter, Anthea twk part in Ihe Edinburgh Kilt Walk and raised a further £1,130 for FfDR. We also held a bcM)k sale in The Gyle Shopping centre in May raising approximately £448.35. A t4ngo and silent auction evening was arranged in June raising approximately £41XJ. Our fiJndrai8ing group has been extremely busy applying for grants and has had consideratAe success. C1 Nature and purpose of funds (may be stated on analysis of funds worksheets)

The National Lottery grant was awarded to us for the purchase of mobility scooters. Three mobility scooters were purchased from the grant and a fourth purchased using money using general funds. The other funds received were awarded for general use and will go towards garaging of mobility scooters, hire of minibus, hire of vans to transport scooters, fuel for vans and minibus, cost of repair and servicing of mobility scooters and insurance costs.
