**What the charity does:** Provide basic eyecare in developing countries

**Objectives:** (a) The initiation of static refraction/eye clinic's in order to provide fundamental ocular health care in third world or underdeveloped countries. The services provided will be made available to any such persons who feel's it is of benefit to them. The clinics will specialize in the treatment of refractive errors and the treatment of ocular pathological conditions with referral for possible surgical intervention when required. The initiation of these eye clinics is to relieve the conditions of life and to preserve and protect the eye health persons in primarily, although not exclusively, the Maharashtra area of India by providing or assisting in the provision of fundamental eye care.   (b) The undertaking of the education and training of local health care workers in the techniques of refraction and basic ocular pathology.
