**What the charity does:** We broadcast hospital radio to the patients in NHS Establishments in Dundee. We do this from our studios in Ninewells.

**Objectives:** The objectives of the Organisation shall be to entertain and inform patients, staff and visitors of Ninewells Hospital and other NHS facilities within Tayside. In addition the Organisation will:- a) Operate subject to the permission of NHS Tayside and to any conditions they may impose, b) Comply with any regulations applicable to the Organisation and be compliant with the licences held, and c) as a Third Sector Partner to NHS Tayside, work in partnership with the Volunteer Hub and other parts of the Trust.
