To promote and advance he education of the public about working and living sustainably I Blair Atholl and Struan and the surrounding area. to enhance the quality of life of the inhabitants of Blair Atholl and Struan and the surrounding area through projects which encourage and provide integration, diversification and sustainability. to advance public participation in sport and to provide, or assist in the provision of, recreational and other facilities therefore. and to prevent loss of life, by managing a community emergency fund for the benefit of organisations and individuals resident in Blair Atholl and Struan and the surrounding area, for the purpose of preparing, mitigating or recovering from the effects of events including, but not limited to, flooding, fires or explosions, hazardous materials release, extended power or utility outages or mass casualty events.

Objectives: The Charitable Purposes of the Initiative are: (a) to promote and advance education of the public about working and living sustainably in Blair Atholl and Struan and their surrounding area and to provide, administer and maintain facilities, projects and policies therefor through the enhancement and sustainable management of the local environment. and (b) to enhance the quality of life of the inhabitants of Blair Atholl and Struan and their surrounding area by promoting, developing, managing and/ or achieving projects which encourage and provide integration, diversification and sustainability. (c) to advance public participation in sport and to provide, or assist in the provision of, recreational and other facilities therefor. and (d) to prevent loss of life, by managing a community emergency fund for the benefit of organisations and individuals resident in Blair Atholl and Struan and the surrounding area, for the purpose of preparing, mitigating or recovering from the effects of events including, but not limited to, flooding, fires or explosions, hazardous materials release, extended power or utility outages or mass casualty events.
