The charity is set up to care for the war memorial and surrounding area for the community and to ensure the sacrifice of those commemorated on the memorial are not forgotten , by organising a service on Remembrance Sunday and on any other significant dates.

Objectives: The said subjects are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes upholding thereon of a War Memorial in the Parish of Killean and Kilkenzie, Kintyre Argyll or for such other purposes as may be substituted therefore
