The S.T.A.R. Community Flat offered public access 4 days a week, but we ' could be contacted 5 days a week by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger. We have been able to offer the following services- We offered free Educational Classes, with the Sewing Class running on site and the Art and Craft Class running in a local supported living accommodation. Aberdeen City Council run weekly tenant support drop-in sessions. We have issued Trussell Trust Food Bank Vouchers in person and over the phone. In collaboration with Mrs Murry's Rehoming Centre, we issued emergency dog food vouchers. We have weekly Pathways back to work support and advice sessions. We have a multi sensory Chill Out Room available for session bookings. We offer free telephone and computer access plus offer support and advice and sign post as necessary.

Objectives: (i) The promotion for the public benefit of urban regeneration of the seaton district of Aberdeen ('the operating area'), an area of social and economic deprivation, by all or any of the following means. (ii) To relieve poverty of services among the residents of the operating area. (iii) To advance education among the residents of the operating area, particularly among young people and the unemployed. (iv) To promote and/or provide training in skills of all kinds, particularly such skills as will assist residents of the operating area to obtain paid employment. (iv) To promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community as a whole within the operating area.
