We fall into the most deprived 10% decile of the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation and the work which we do provides our local residents and our young people with a warm and safe environment whilst giving them the opportunity for social interaction supporting their mental health and wellbeing. The majority of our young people and many members of our local community are from households lacking disposable income. Our young people attend our club on a weekly basis, and our other members of the community attend our prize bingo sessions.

Objectives: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Dryburgh and environs without distinction of political, religious, and other opinions, by associating the local authority voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
