The above charity {unitl is an unincorporated assoaation. It has no written constrtution.
but operates in accordance with the policies and procedures published by Girlguiding, the
operating name of The Guide Association. The Guide Association is incorporated under a
Royal Charter which gives power to fomi units across the United Kingdom.
The Trustees are the volunteer adutt leaders train8d and appointed as per the Girlguiding
policies and procedures. Update training is available throughout the year.
The charty's aim 1$ to delNer a programme of infomal education in accordance wtth the
ethos and principles of Girlguiding. During the above period th8 charty provided this
programme to I I girls.
The charty's main income is Subscription incorne. The charity aims to hold sufficient cash
funds to mèét all expènditure due and anticipated during a 2 month perioj.
