**What the charity does:** Our Girlguiding district is set up to empower girls and young women by providing a safe, fun, and supportive space where they can grow in confidence, learn new skills, and develop as individuals. We do this through weekly meetings, events, and activities for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers, Young Leaders, and adult Leaders. Our volunteer team delivers a programme that encourages adventure, creativity, community action, and leadership. We ensure every member is included, supported, and given opportunities to challenge themselves, make friends, and have their voices heard.
