The purpose of the charity, as detailed in our constitution is to provide facilities for recreation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving the conditions of life of those living in the area of benefit. The main activities for the organisation involve providing accommodation for community groups, developing new educational and social programmes, and providing equipment and financial assistance in order that community groups can develop their own programmes
Objectives: a) The provision, or assistance in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit with the object of improving their conditions of life. b) The advancement of Education of the public in the area of benefit by promoting educational opportunities.
