Reserves
The Trustees believe that around 12 months of annual expendrture is an appropriate level of
reserves to cover the timing differences between re￿iptS and payments and to allow for any
unexpected rtems of exFenditure on the Scout Hall. The Trustees anticipate that the
reserves will increase over the next few years as a result of planned fundraising activities,
which will allow us to provide for maintenance or eventual repla￿ment of the hall.
