Th8 charity trustees consider that th6 audit requirement of Regulotion10(I) (a) to (c) of thg Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my resp)nsilility to examine the accounts as required undersection 44(1) (c) of the Act and to stcrte whether rticUlar matters have come to my ottention. My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
