Provide, construct, improve and manage houses for persons who are aged, infirm, disabled or handicapped (whether mentally or physically) and any associated amenities specially designed or adapted to meet their disabilities and requirements.
Objectives: (i) to provide, construct, improve and manage, and to encourage and facilitate the provision, construction and improvement of, houses for persons in necessitous circumstances and, without prejudice to the foregoing generality, to provide serviced housing to persons in necessitous circumstances (ii) to provide, construct, improve and manage, for persons who are aged or infirm or disabled or handicapped (whether mentally or physically) and in need of housing and any associated amenities specially designed or adapted to meet their disabilities and requirements, such housing and any associated amenities (iii) to provide, for persons who are in necessitous circumstances and who are in need of such services, services of any description in arranging or carrying out works of maintenance, repair or improvement to the houses of such persons, and to encourage or facilitate the carrying out of such works (iv) to provide care and support to, and care and support services and facilities to, any such persons who are referred to in sub-paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) above
