Objectives: (a) To advance the education of people in Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom, in the mis-use of illicit and prescribed drugs, alcohol. and tobacco, and relieve the suffering and distress of people addicted to such drugs (b) To advance the education of people on the related social, sexual and health problems connected with the use of the above
