The choir puts on 2 concerts per year (Christmas and Easter approximately) and at the concerts the choir is accompanied by musicians, maybe a small orchestra, and soloists. These people are drawn locally from various places including St. Andrews university and the Glasgow Conservatoire. The choir is about learning and participation, and gives the opportunity for people to socialise in a learning and performing environment. The choir is composed of young and old, the younger element coming as soloists from St.Andrews university and occasionally from the local school. We strive for a high standard and to be adventurous and imaginative in the choices of music. Presently we have Augusto Arias who is Argentinian as our leader.", "objectives": "The aims and objects of the Society shall be the study and practice of choral music in order to foster the public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance", "charitable_objects": null, "classifications": [], "main_operating_location": "Fife", "geographical_spread": "Wider, but within one local authority area", "areas_of_operation": [], "latest_income": 12020, "latest_expenditure": 15302, "fin_period_start": null, "fin_period_end": "2025-03-31", "financial_years": [{"start": null, "end": "2025-03-31", "income": 12020, "expenditure": 15302, "assets": null, "funds": null, "num_employees": 0, "accounts_url": null, "accounts_md_url": null}, {"start": null, "end": "2024-03-31", "income": 11812, "expenditure": 11360, "assets": null, "funds": null, "num_employees": 6, "accounts_url": null, "accounts_md_url": null}, {"start": null, "end": "2023-03-31", "income": 8424, "expenditure": 3527, "assets": null, "funds": null, "num_employees": 0, "accounts_url": null, "accounts_md_url": null}, {"start": null, "end": "2022-03-31", "income": 2451, "expenditure": 3128, "assets": null, "funds": null, "num_employees": 0, "accounts_url": null, "accounts_md_url": null}, {"start": null, "end": "2021-03-31", "income": 2067, "expenditure": 774, "assets": null, "funds": null, "num_employees": 2, "accounts_url": null, "accounts_md_url": null}], "documents": [], "trustees": []}
