We have applications forms that students complete which outline their circumstances and was a board assess these forms to determine the level of support we can offer them.

**Objectives:** In making grants to aid the education of students, who have passed through Galashiels Academy and who would anticipate difficulty in financing their further education but whose potential ability is such that, in the opinion of the Trustees, he or she is worthy of and is likely to benefit from such education
