We bring together chief officers, senior leaders, chairs and vice chairs in the voluntary sector in Scotland to find space to connect, reflect and grow. Our vision is that voluntary sector leadership in Scotland is influential, resilient and trusted and we do this through leadership development opportunities, peer networks, events and tailored support we help leaders share experiences, find new ideas, and build lasting relationships with others who understand the challenges and rewards of leadership. We do this through delivery of our strategic objectives delivered in line with our values Voice: We will advocate with and for voluntary sector leaders so the sector can make its full contribution to Scotland’s future Challenge: We will support leaders in developing the skills and confidence to hold the hard conversations needed to make the changes we seek for Scotland Change: We will work with leaders to drive innovation to deliver a fair, inclusive, diverse & sustainable Scotland
