**What the charity does:** Scottish Love in Action harnesses the compassion and generosity of people in Scotland, to support the poorest and most vulnerable children and young people in India. We are a local charity with a global impact.  We believe every child deserves to thrive. We work with local partners in India to create life-long change for children, their families and their communities.  In Scotland, we fundraise to enable this amazing work to happen. We fundraise from four sources – community (including events), corporates, individual giving (including legacies), and trusts.

**Beneficiaries:** 'Children or young people','People with disabilities or health problems','People with a particular ethnic or racial origin'

**Objectives:** III.1 To promote education and relief of poverty in the developing world, particularly for the benefit of children and young people in India.
