**Objectives:** a. The promotion, encouragement and improvement of goatkeeping in Scotland  b. The preservation and improvement of the various breeds of goats in Scotland and to encourage the keeping of approved stud males or use of approved artificial insemination  c. The promotion of goat shows and goat classes at agricultural shows
