The charity aims to protect and enhance the catchment of the Kyle of Sutherland to maintain and improve aquatic biodiversity.
Objectives: The trust’s objects are: •To assist and advise on the restoration, maintenance and improvement of aquatic biodiversity within the catchment of the Kyle of Sutherland extending to its seaward limit. by means of practical, responsible and sustainable approaches to land, water and fishery management, all based upon sound science and for the environmental, social and economic benefit of the community as a whole. •The Trust seeks to protect, conserve, improve and enhance all native fish species and their habitats, to advance education, training and research initiatives and to provide a communications resource to all interested parties.
