**What the charity does:** We exist for the benefit of the inhabitants of Garelochhead and surrounding area by providing a warm space and friendly atmosphere for all members to enjoy the different speakers attending meetings and outings to various locations.  We also provide a Christmas lunch outing for all our members.  We encourage new members to attend which allows them to make new friends and enjoy the company that they do not get as many live on their own.  We provide all members with tea / coffee / cake etc and run raffles to raise funds to maintain the longevity of our club which has been in existence since 1957.

**Objectives:** To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Garelochhead Senior Citizens by associating with local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education. Also in the interests of Social Welfare to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation so that the conditions of life for the four mentioned inhabitants may be improved.
