**What the charity does:** The charity is set up to maintain and improve the Lower Bayble Playpark for use by the local community and, in particular, young people.

**Objectives:** The objects of the Association shall be to promote benefits for young people in the Lower Bayble and Eagleton area by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure time occupations, so that the conditions of life of the  aforementioned young people may be improved and undertake any lawful activity in furtherance  thereof, always maintaining the environmental balance of the area  To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a playarea for activities promoted by the Association
