**What the charity does:** We are a day care service based in West Lothian offering the service up to 14 users per day and we are open 4 days a week, thus offering a period of respite to our users family and friends.

**Objectives:** a) To prevent or relieve the poverty of older citizens living in West Lothian, and to promote their well- being and sense of citizenship. The Organisation will undertake to achieve this by identifying gaps in provision and by developing a range of services designed to meet the needs of older vulnerable people and their carers.
