Charitable purposes
The objects of the Company shall be to advance the education of the
publ￿ in the art of music and in particular light opera by the presentation
of publ￿ perfonronces and other related activities. At least 50'h of the net
proceeds of all Musical productions shall be donated to local charitable
organisations.

Cornpany was unanimousty agreed. At that ts.me il was agreed that the
remaining funds of the Company be donated to SoLrthem Light Company
SCIO. The transfer of the companies assets have been transferred to the
new SCIO over the Course of the current financial year.
